Copyright policy
Storivora respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects users to do the same. We respond to clear notices of alleged copyright infringement in accordance with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA) and applicable Indian copyright law.
Filing a takedown notice
If you believe content on Storivora infringes your copyright, send us a written notice that includes:
- Your physical or electronic signature.
- Identification of the copyrighted work you claim has been infringed.
- The exact URL(s) of the material you want removed.
- Your name, address, phone number, and email.
- A statement that you have a good-faith belief the use is not authorised.
- A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information is accurate and you are the owner (or authorised to act on the owner's behalf).
We aim to review valid notices within 3 business days and remove or disable access to the material where appropriate.
Counter-notice
If your content was removed and you believe it was in error, you may submit a counter-notice containing:
- Your signature, name, address, and phone number.
- Identification of the removed material and its former URL.
- A statement, under penalty of perjury, that you have a good-faith belief the material was removed as a result of mistake or misidentification.
- Consent to the jurisdiction of courts in your district (or Mumbai, India, if outside the U.S.).
Repeat infringers
Accounts that repeatedly infringe copyrights will be suspended or permanently terminated.
